muy buena calidad, el unico problema es que soy flaca , compre una medium y no me funciona no aplica fuerza a mi entrenamiento porque es muy larga de diametro . deberian de tomar en cuenta eso porque solo con piernas gruesas funcionaria.

I have the medium and it seems durable, the resistance is great, although it's a bit too much if you wanna use it on the lower part of the legs as a cable pull substitute (I'll keep using my rubber ones for that).
