Seller shipped the item immediately and even granted my request to change the wood colour, after I placed the order. Good communication with seller. Ordered Feb 25 arrived Mar 10: a fast delivery! Packaging arrived undamaged. Good accessories. Tabs in the song booklet (for those who need it) are not good for the 21 keys model. This is a sweet piece of craftsmanship. The wood grain is quite beautiful, does not have a "cheap" look. The front logo is a veneer inlay very nicely made. It makes a nice and mellow "diapason like" sound. The high extreme keys need a harder stroke to produce a clean sound (takes practice). The instrument is in the key of "C", despite of having 21 keys: the lower key, "F", is NOT the "root" of the scale, as it is in the 17 keys model. Can be tuned in "F", so to have the root as lower key, by lowering all the "B" to "Bb". I am quite satisfied with the instrument and I would recommend to buy it without hesitation. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Thumbs up!

shipping super fast. the best price for the 21 key Hluru Kalimba I was able to find. arrived well packed, the boxes damaged though, so perhaps not a gift option. the instrument looks great, slightly lighter color than I expected but very pretty all the same. sound good, I like the deep sound that the bottom opening provides. the top notes are a bit lacking, more so than the 17 key by the same manufacturer I bought previously. but they are not dead just a bit quiet. all in all, great deal. I just wish they also offered a bag to buy. right now I am looking for a bag and realize I am not sure about the fit. so would be a plus to have an option to buy a bag right away.

калимба шла около 2 недель. коробка была немного помята, сама калимба пришла настроенная, звук хороший, правда крайние две клавиши показались туговатыми и глуховатыми. ещё заметила интересный эффект "голоса", если играть на ней под определенным углом прикрывая нижнее отверстие, то калимба начинает немного "подпевать", звуком похожим на голос в целом я в восторге

Наша любовь к этому инструменту. Случайно увидела захотелось себе, хотя музыкального нет образования, но хочу научиться. Сын малой оценил, сам сидит музыку подбирает. Звучит завораживающе, чарующий звук как релакс, звук ласкает слух. Настроила по универсальное тюнеру для калимбы сопрано. Хотя изначально тоже Строй хороший. Сделан качественно, звучат все клавиши, или как их правильно называют на калимбе. Очень хороший инструмент, главное Строй можно настроить любой на ваш вкус. Любимый инструмент теперь в семье. Папа тоже т мешочек в комплекте. Я долго выбирала, остановилась на этой, судя по отзывам, только у неё и эйприл звучат все клавиши.
